CANTRELL

Mr. David Earl Cantrell age 66 of Clear Creek Rd. Ellijay died Friday October 26, 2012.

Mr. Cantrell was born on June 24, 1946 in Gilmer Co. He is the son of the late Cleve Cantrell and Elsie Waddell Cantrell. He worked for Georgia Temple Inland as a heavy equipment operator, was a US Marine having served in the Vietnam War and was a member of the Mt. Vernon Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by his wife Patricia Elliott Cantrell.

Survivors Include: Son & daughter-in-law: Robby & Ginger Cantrell, Ellijay; 4 Grandchildren Emily, Tyler, Levi Cantrell all of Ellijay, Darby Bowen, Fairmount; Brother & sister-in-law: Donald & Peggy Cantrell, Cumming; Sister & brother-in-law: Linda & J.L. Mills, Mannford, OK; Special Friend: Josie Davis, Ellijay Several nieces & nephews also survive

Funeral services will be held Sunday October 28, 2012 at 3pm from the Mt. Vernon Baptist church with Rev. Chris Chastain, Rev. Michael Cantrell & Rev. Russell Hood officiating.

Interment will be held in the Mt. Vernon Baptist Church Cemetery. With Military rites by the North GA Honor Guard

The family will receive friends Saturday October 27th from 3:30pm until 9pm at the Bernhardt Funeral. Bernhardt Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
