Mrs. Samantha Kitchen age 36 of Ellijay, GA died Monday October 29, 2012

Mrs. Kitchen was born September 29, 1976 in Ohio. She was a member of the Harvest Missionary Church. Mrs. Kitchen is preceded in death by sister, Stacy Coontz.

SURVIVORS INCLUDE: Husband: Dave Kitchen, Ellijay; Daughters: Stacy & Savannah Kitchen, both of Ellijay; Father & Step Mother: Doyle & Tammy Coontz, Ohio Mother & Step Father: Becky & Dale Wooton, Ellijay; Brothers in-law & Sisters in-law: Dorsie & Charlette Kitchen , Ellijay Theresa & Charles Kitchen, Chatsworth, GA, Van & Theresa Kitchen, Ohio Sandy Kitchen, Ellijay; Father in-law & Mother in-law: Vergal & Barbara Kitchen, Ellijay; Several Nieces & Nephews also survive

Memorial services will be held Friday November 2nd at 4pm from the Harvest Missionary Church with Re. Glenn Arnold officiating
