Mr. David Carter Parks age 82 of Leeches Road, Ellijay died Sunday November 11, 2012.

Mr. Parks was born on March 18, 1930 in Ellijay, GA. He is the son of the late Frank Benjamin Parks and Esty Ivy Henderson Parks. He was an auto body repairman and a member of Berean Baptist Church.
