Ms. Alice Faye Beck, age 79 of Ellijay, passed away on Wednesday, January 3rd, 2024 at her residence.

Alice was born on July 26th, 1944 in Hackleburg, Alabama to the late Leonard Paul Beck and the late Flossie Vance Cox. She was retired from Walmart. Alice loved to travel, hang out with her friends, read, brag on grandkids, and spend time with her family. In addition to her parents, Ms. Beck is preceded in death by her sister, Virginia Scott.

Survivors include son and daughter-in-law, Art (Sherry) Eadie; daughter, Shannon Carvalho; brother, Bill Beck; two grandchildren, Skyler Qualls and Sydney Eadie, and two great-grandchildren, Charity Tatum and John Tatum also survive.

Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, January 7th, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Minister Butch Jones officiating. The interment will follow in the Yukon Cemetery. The gentlemen serving as pallbearers will be Bo Qualls, Jacob Jones, Robert Sparshott, Justin Beavers, Michael Crossman, Ben Stone, and Jeffery Stanley.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 6th, 2024 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

The family will be accepting flowers; however, they respectfully asks that no food be brought to the funeral home in memory of Ms. Alice Beck.
