Allen Lanning, 41, passed away unexpectedly, leaving a void in the hearts of all who knew him. An adventurous and outgoing soul, Allen was a talented musician, extremely intelligent, and never afraid to take risks. He was full of life and lived it boldly.

Allen leaves behind his son, Cyrus Lanning; his father, Danny Lanning; and his sister, Laura Braswell. He was also very close to his uncles, Roy and Jonathan Carroll. He is preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Densmore, and his sister, Marianne Lanning and His Grandmother Bobbie Jean Carroll.

Allen will be deeply missed by family and friends. His spirit and energy will live on in those who loved him.

There will be a visitation held for family and friends on Saturday, March 15th from 10:00 am till 12:00 pm at the funeral home.
