Mrs. Annette Ross Horne-Coffey, age 67 of Ellijay, GA, passed away on Sunday, June 22nd, 2025 at the Kindred Hospital in Chattanooga, TN.

Annette was born on January 4th, 1958 in Knoxville, TN to the late Eugene Horne and Nellie Ruth Reeves Horne. She worked in the medical field all of her life. In addition to her parents, Annette is preceded in death by her two brothers, Michael Horne and Austin Horne.

She is survived by her loving companion, James "Windal" Coffey of Calhoun, GA; two sisters, Cynthia Doreen Lambert and Lisa Jane Morgan both of Blount County, TN, and several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral Services to honor the life of Mrs. Horne-Coffey will be held on Thursday, June 26th, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Rev. Nathaniel Frye officiating. Graveside Interment will follow in the Pleasant Valley Baptist Church Cemetery. The following gentlemen will be serving as pallbearers: Ben Kelms, Henry Cox, Joe Coffey, Mark Henson, Patrick Loftin, and Windal Coffey.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 26th, 2025 from 12:00 p.m. until the service hour of 2:00 p.m.

Flowers will be accepted in memory of Mrs. Annette Horne-Coffey.
