Mr. Arnold John Cantrell, age 64 of Blue Ridge, GA, passed away on Wednesday, July 31st, 2024 at his residence.

Arnold was born on December 10th, 1959 in Ducktown, Tennessee to the late Chester Lee Cantrell and the late Ruby Lee (Allen) Cantrell. He was a member of the Pleasant Gap Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, Mr. Cantrell is preceded in death by his loving wife, Sandra Reece Cantrell.

Arnold is survived by two sisters, Pamela Diane Cantrell of Ellijay, GA and Kathy Belinda Cruze of Blue Ridge, GA; one brother, Michael Lee Cantrell of Blue Ridge, GA, and several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, August 3rd, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Rev. Bill Quarles officiating. Graveside Interment will follow in the Yukon Cemetery. The following gentlemen will be serving as pall bearers: Shawn Cruze, Shannon Cruze, Bobby Thompson, and Michael Cantrell.

The family will receive friends on Friday, August 2nd, 2024 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Flowers will be accepted; however, the family respectfully asks that no food be brought to the funeral home.
