Ms. Becky Ann Simmons Earley, age 77 of Ellijay, passed away on Tuesday, April 30th, 2024 at the Grandview Nursing Home in Jasper, GA.

Ms. Earley was born on June 17th, 1946 in Canton, GA to the late Elijah Simmons and the late Bertha Tatum Simmons. She was a member of the Pleasant Union Baptist Church in Cherokee county. In addition to her parents, Becky is preceded in death by her daughter, Tammy Sue Denny.

Becky is survived by four sons, Junior Earley, Joe Earley, Daniel Earley, and David Earley all of Ellijay, GA; two daughters, Vicky Hayes of Ellijay, GA, and Mary Millwood of Resca, GA; 16 grandchildren, and 20 great-grandchildren also survive.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, May 4th, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. from the Pleasant Union Baptist Church with Brother Charles "Chip" Ray officiating. The church is located at 1174 Pleasant Union Rd., Canton, GA 30114. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Pallbearers will be Dalton Earley, Cantrell Earley, Joel McAbee, Jeff Denny, Justin Turner, and John Bryant.

The family will receive friends at the Pleasant Union Baptist Church in Canton, GA on Saturday, May 4th, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. until the service hour of 2:00 p.m.

In Lieu of flowers the family requests that donations can be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses in memory of Mrs. Becky Ann Simmons Earley.
