Mrs. Betty Anne Reece age 73 of Ellijay, GA passed away on Friday, December 6, 2024, at Piedmont Mountainside Hospital.

Mrs. Reece was born December 10, 1950, in Atlanta, GA to the late Rufus Lamar Bray and Ruby Easom Bray. She did secretarial work for Cintas and was of the Baptist faith. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, David Terrell Bray, and sister, Sandra Nichols.

She is survived by her husband, Gary Reece; daughter, Leslie Anne Reece, of Atlanta, GA; brother, Wayne Bray, of Dallas, GA; 3 grandchildren, Dusty Tippins, Chris Tippins and Matthew Bray; 8 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, December 9th at 2 pm from the Chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Yukon Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, December 8th from 2 pm until 4 pm.
