Mr. Billy Wayne Bramlett, age 85, of Ellijay, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, September 15, 2025.

Mr. Bramlett was born on November 12, 1939, in Gilmer County, Georgia, to the late Robert Bramlett and Vergie Wright Bramlett. He was employed by Georgia Marble and worked as a heavy machine operator. He was also a member of Flat Creek Baptist Church.

He is preceded in death by his Parents, Robert Bramlett and Vergie Ray Bramlett, brothers, Hub Bramlett, Howard Bramlett, Harold Bramlett, Randall Bramlett, and Sister Minnie Lee Gianguzzo.

He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Penny Bramlett of Ellijay; Daughters and sons-in-law, Robin (Eugene) Watkins, Angie(Sam) Fastuca, Tony (Crystal) Bramlett, Pamela (Bobby) Jarrell, Brother, Eugene Carl Bramlett, Grandchildren, Jennifer Paulk, Justin Scott, Aspen Keel, Rachel Bramlett, and Sepp Bramlett, several great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 20th, 2025, at 2:00 pm from the Flat Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Wallace Parks officiating. Interment will follow in the Flat Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. Music will be conducted by his grandson, Justin Scott. Pallbearers will be Tony Bramlett, Dallas Painter, Arlin Webb, Mike Lambert, Brian Lambert, Gary Bramlett, and Kevin Bramlett. Honorary pallbearers will be Jonathan Nichols, Greg Nichols, Carl Bramlett, Steve Farist, Randy Watkins, and Keith Bramlett.

The family will receive friends on Friday, September 19th, from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm, and again on Saturday, September 20th, from 9:00 am until 1:30 pm at the funeral home.

Food and Flowers will both be accepted in memory of Mr. Bramlett.
