Mr. William Clifford Miller II, also known as "Uncle Billy," passed away on Friday, March 24 ^th , 2023 at his residence.

Mr. Miller was born on July 23 ^rd , 1947 in Gilmer County to the late William "Clifford" Miller and Polly Miller. He proudly served our nation in the United States Army Corps of Engineers and was a member of the Buckhorn Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Sara Bramlett Wheeler, and great nephew, Grady "Zane" Gayton.

Survivors include his niece, Vivian (Keith) Gayton; nephew, "John" (Jackie) Bramlett; great niece, Jana (Eric) Grno; great nephew, Seth (Sarah) Shelton; great-great nephew, Jaxon Frady, and great-great niece, Charleston Grno.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, March 28 ^th , 2023 at 2:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Rev. Tony Gilbert officiating. Interment will follow in the Buckhorn Baptist Church Cemetery with Bag Pipes performed. Pallbearers serving will include: Seth Shelton, Eric Grno, Jana Grno, Vivian Gayton, John Bramlett, and Keith Gayton.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 28 ^th , 2023 from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

The family will be accepted flowers; however, they respectfully ask that no food be brought to the funeral home.
