Mr. Bobby David Baker, age 50 of Ellijay, passed away on Wednesday, August 31 ^st , 2022 at his residence.

Mr. Baker was born on November 23 ^rd , 1971 in Pickens County, the son of the late Robert Jack Baker and Lillie Baker Fowler. Mr. Baker was a volunteer fire-fighter.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Baker is preceded in death by his brother, Robert Lee Baker Jr, and niece, Monica Morgan.

Survivors include: his wife, Lorraine Renee Baker, son, Dylon Baker of Ellijay; two daughters, Chelsea (Sean) Nation of Alabama, and Destiny Stanley; two sisters, Darlene Morgan and Margie Baker (Michael Coffey); seven grandchildren, Adam Nation, Oliver Nation, Patrick Nation, Ruby Nation, Kylee Copeland, Harlee Copeland, and Ardaeyah Stanley; nephew, Brady Morgan, Zachary Leidner, and Josh Leidner; niece, Debbie Mullinax, and great nephews, Benjamin Mulinax and Caleb Mulinax.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, September 2 ^nd , 2022 at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Wave officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from on Friday, September 2nd, 2022 from 9:30 a.m. until the funeral hour of 2:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully asks that donations be made to the funeral home to help with the final funeral expenses.
