Mr. Bobby Gene Norton Jr. of Morganton, GA passed away on September 16, 2023, at the age of 61. He was born on December 14, 1961, in Marietta, Georgia, to his father, Bobby Gene Norton Sr., and his late mother, Sybil Neary Hardy.

Bobby worked in construction for many years. His commitment to his craft was evident in the quality of his work. Bobby's dedication to his profession left a lasting impact on those who had the privilege of working alongside him.

Outside of his work, Bobby was a man of deep faith. He was a devout member of the Pentecostal Holiness faith. His faith was the cornerstone of his life, guiding him in both good times and challenging moments. In his free time Gene enjoyed being outdoor, especially fishing and camping.

Bobby is survived by his loving father and Step-mother, Bobby Gene Norton Sr. and Wanda Norton; as well as his two sisters, Sonia Cantrell and Sheri Ison. He leaves behind cherished memories and a legacy of hard work, faith, a love of the outdoors, and devotion that will forever be remembered by his family and friends.

To honor his wishes, Mr. Norton will be cremated and a service will be held at a later date.
