Mr. Robert "Bobby" Jerry Wright, age 74 of Ellijay, passed away on Wednesday, July 17th, 2024 at his residence.

Mr. Wright was born on August 27th, 1949 in Blue Ridge, GA to the late Robert William Wright and the late Katie Irene Williams Wright. He was a heavy equipment operator. His loving wife, Edna Deloris Wright,  preceded him in death on Sunday, February 4th, 2024.

Survivors include: his son and daughter-in-law, Jerry (Sheila) Wright; four sisters-in-laws, Barbara Wright, Wilma Holt, Faye Cruse, and Glenda Corbin; eight grandchildren, Thomas "Tommy Toe" (Sonia Meletios) Wright, Matthew Wright, Eric Rogers, Wolve Wright, Allie Wilson, Nichole Rogers, Erica Rogers, and Tori Rogers, and one great-grandchild, Jolene Logan also survive.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date with inurnment in the Yukon Cemetery.
