Mrs. Brenda Powell Pinter, age 73 of Blue Ridge, GA, passed away on Tuesday, July 8th, 2025 at the Piedmont Mountainside Hospital in Jasper, GA.

Brenda was born on October 9th, 1951 in Columbus, Georgia to the late Euel Lambert Powell and the late Annie Belle Smith Powell. She was a housewife and a member of the Community Chapel Church in Pine Mountain, GA. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Pinter is preceded in death by her sister, Kimberly Underwood, and brother, David Barker.

She is survived by her loving husband, Edell Pinter of Blue Ridge, GA; daughters and sons-in-law, Jennifer and Teddy Nestor of Ellijay, GA, and Ashleigh and Waylon Wells of Fortson, GA; four brothers and sisters-in-law, Elbert and Jan Powell, Wilburn and Sue Powell, Joe and Lisa Barker, and Mike Barker; sister, Vicki Bonner; five grandchildren, Wesley (Lindsey), Whitney (Colten), Annabelle, Caroline (Cole), and Kami (Jay); two great-grandchildren, Atticus and Marlowe, and numerous nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral Services to honor the life of Mrs. Pinter will be held on Saturday, July 19th, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. from the Chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Pastor Ben Mock officiating. Following the service, Brenda will be cremated and inurned in the Yukon Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 19th, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. until the service hour of 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.

The family will be accepting flowers; however, they respectfully ask that no food be brought to the funeral home.
