Carter Morgan DeBoard was born to heaven on June 20th, 2024 at 3:41 PM.

She is survived in death by her parents, Bryce and Carly DeBoard, her sister, Paisley DeBoard, grandparents, April and Chris Harper, Lisa and Lynn Dillard, Joey DeBoard, and Lisa and Devell Frady, great-grandparents, Sue Davis, James and Faye Davis, Billy and Sandy Bernhardt as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

She is preceded in death by grandfather, Jonathan Bernhardt, and great-grandparents Lillian and Charles Bridges, Billy Sales, and Sami Davis.

There will be a private service held for the family.

Bernhardt Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
