Christopher Allen Davis, known to many as "Tooty," passed away on Thursday, August 21st, 2025 at the Piedmont Mountainside Hospital in Jasper, GA, at the age of 34.

Christopher was born on March 4th, 1991 in Dalton, GA to Ronnie Lee Davis and Stacey Stanfield Davis. Christopher brought light and joy into every room he entered. Born with Down syndrome, he radiated unconditional love, always greeting others with a smile that could brighten even the darkest days. He loved deeply and freely, and that love was felt by everyone who had the blessing of knowing him. Christopher found happiness in the simple things — his music, his iPad, and his beloved Beanie Buddies. These brought him comfort and joy, but it was his kind heart and joyful spirit that truly made him special. His laughter, his hugs, and his beautiful soul will be dearly missed but never forgotten. He leaves behind a legacy of love, innocence, and joy — a reminder of the goodness in this world. Christopher is preceded in death by his loving father, Ronnie Lee Davis.

Tooty is survived by his loving mother, Stacey Stanfield Davis of Ellijay, GA; two brothers, Kevin Davis of Ellijay, GA and TW Davis of Alabama; nephews, Noah Lee Davis and Hunter Davis; niece, Kiera Davis; special friend, Darrel Higgins; and numerous aunts and uncles also survive.

A Memorial Service to honor the life of Mr. Davis will held on Thursday, August 28th, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Rev. Brondy Davis and Bro. Lee Sutton officiating. Christopher will be laid to rest in the Pleasant Gap Baptist Church Cemetery at a later date.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 28th, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. until the service hour of 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

The family respectfully asks that no food and flowers be brought to the funeral home. In lieu of these, contributions may be made to the funeral home to alleviate the family of the expenses.
