Cody Levi Holtzclaw, age 33, passed at his home in Ellijay on Wednesday, November 6, 2024.

Cody was born in Marietta, GA on April 24, 1991, to the late Kim Carlton Holtzclaw and Darlene Smith Holtzclaw.  In addition to his father, he is also preceded in death by his grandparents, Ed and Loraine Smith.

Cody loved his family and spending time with them. He was loving, caring, and helpful to all he met. Cody worked making custom cabinets and trim. He loved music and the outdoors, where fishing and camping were some of his favorite pass times. He also enjoyed mastering Escape Rooms.

Survivors include his wife, Robin Holtzclaw; mother, Darlene Smith Holtzclaw; stepmother, Lori Holtzclaw; stepdad, Eddie Patterson; daughters, Katelyn Griffin, Annalee and Addyson Barron; grandparents, Bobby and Sudy Holtzclaw; brothers, Willie Michael Holtzclaw (Jessi), Levi Lewis (Marci), Kevin Duckett, and Chris Patterson; sister, Jennifer Remley; and sister, Angela Plumley also survive.

Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, November 10, 2024, at 3:00 pm from the Harvest Missionary Church with the Rev. Glenn Arnold officiating. Interment will follow in the Yukon Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 9, 2024, from 11:00 am - 9:00 pm at the Bernhardt Funeral Home.

Flowers and food will be accepted in memory of Mr. Cody Holtzclaw.
