Mr. Darron Ezell Richards, age 61, passed away on Sunday, April 30 ^th , 2023 at Mercer County Healthcare Center in West Virginia, following an extended illness.

Darron was born on August 27 ^th , 1961 in Tate, Georgia to the late Herman Ezell Richards and the late Zebbie Stiles Richards. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Aaron Richards. Darron loved fishing, his family, and the lord.

Survivors include two sons; Darron Ray Richards and Matthew Richards; one brother, Farron Richards; one sister, Karron Stewart both of Jasper.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, May 6 ^th , 2023 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Timms officiating. Interment will follow in the Bethany Baptist Church cemetery. Pallbearers serving will be J.I. Mayfield, Darby Mullis, Johnathan Parker, Jessie Richards, Sebastian Rivera, and Treff Sarchet.

The family will receive friends on Saturday from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Bernhardt Funeral Home.
