Ms. Edna Faye Duvall Garmon, age 79 of Jasper, passed away on Monday, August 7th, 2023 at the Pruitt Health of Jasper.

Ms. Garmon was born on July 5th, 1944 in Ellijay, Georgia to the late K.O.  and Cathrine Goble Duvall. She was a hard worker and a member of the Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church. In her free time, she loved to travel and to spending time with her family. In addition to her parents, Ms. Garmon is preceded in death by her two husbands, Billy Garmon and Winston Wofford, and brother, Kenneth Duvall, and Stepdaughter Brenda Wofford.

Survivors include her step-children, Debra Faucett, Sharon Haynes, and Tim Wofford, brother, Roy Duvall; sisters, Syble Casey and Silvia Duvall; and several grandchildren also survive.

Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, August 13th, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. from the Chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Rev. Wallace Parks officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church Cemetery. The gentlemen serving as pallbearers will include Roy Duvall, Eddy Casey, Gabe Duckett, Tim Duvall, Michael Parks, and Richie Parks.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 12th, 2023 from 12:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Food and Flowers will be accepted in memory of Mrs. Edna Faye Garmon.
