Frances Thomas Reddick, local antique dealer, passed away on August 2 at Northside Cherokee Hospital.

Frances was born in Birmingham, Alabama to Ellen Frances and Richard Thomas.

She is survived by husband, Charles Reddick, sons Britt and Brian McFarland, step-daughter Linda Cross, step-son Chuck Reddick and sister Katherine Meyer. She is also survived by niece Sarah Bullington, granddaughter Jessica Walker, great-granddaughter Amelia Walker, and grandson Jonathan McFarland.

Frances and her husband Charles traveled extensively in England and surrounding countries buying antiques for their local shop, Antiques on North Main. Frances was active in local events and supported anything that promoted the City of Ellijay.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Sunday, September 8th, 2024 from 2:00pm-4:00pm from the First United Methodist Church in Ellijay. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Gilmer Community Food Pantry, P.O. Box 1982, Ellijay, GA 30540
