ENGLISH:

Mr. Francisco Velasquez – Perez, age 58 of Ellijay, passed away on Sunday, March 12th, 2023 at his residence.

Francisco was born on January 1st, 1965 to the late Pascual Velasquez and Catarina Perez. He worked in the poultry business and was a member of the Iglesia Jesus El Buen Pastor here in Ellijay.

He is survived by his loving wife, Maria Perez Tercero; 4 sons, Edvin Velasquez, Eduardo Velasquez, Benjamin Velasquez, and Domingo Velasquez; 3 daughters, Aurelia Velasquez, Candelaria Velasquez, and Catarina Velasquez; 2 son-in-laws, Juan Bautista and Domingo Reynoso; 4 brothers, Felipe Velasquez, Juan Velasquez, Julio Velasquez, and Domingo Velasquez, and 2 grandchildren, Liam Bautista and Caeli Bautista.

Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, March 19 ^th , 2023 from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. at the Iglesia Jesus El Buen Pastor with Rev. Domingo Lucas officiating. Interment will take place at a later date in the San Juan Ixcoy Cemetery in Guatemala.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 16 ^th , 2023 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Food and Flowers will be accepted in memory of Mr. Francisco Velasquez – Perez.

El Sr. Francisco Velásquez – Pérez, de 58 años de edad de Ellijay, falleció el domingo 12 de marzo de 2023 en su residencia.

Francisco nació el 1 de enero de 1965, hijo de Pascual Velásquez y Catarina Pérez. Trabajó en el negocio avícola y fue miembro de la Iglesia Jesús El Buen Pastor aquí en Ellijay.

Le sobreviven su amorosa esposa, María Pérez Tercero; 4 hijos, Edvin Velásquez, Eduardo Velásquez, Benjamin Velásquez, y Domingo Velásquez; 3 hijas, Aurelia Velásquez, Candelaria Velásquez, Y Catarina Velásquez; 2 yernos, Juan Bautista y Domingo Reynoso; 4 hermanos, Felipe Velásquez, Juan Velásquez, Julio Velásquez, Y Domingo Velásquez, y 2 nietos, Liam Bautista y Caeli Bautista.

Los servicios funerarios se llevarán a cabo el domingo 19th de marzo de 2023 de 10:00 a.m. a 3:00 p.m. en la Iglesia Jesús El Buen Pastor con el reverendo Domingo Lucas officiating. El entierro se llevará a cabo en una fecha posterior en el Cementerio San Juan Ixcoy en Guatemala.

La familia recibirá a los amigos el jueves 16 de marzo de 2023 de 5:00 p.m. a 9:00 p.m. en la funeraria.

Se aceptarán alimentos y flores en memoria del Sr. Francisco Velásquez – Pérez.
