Mr. Francis "Frank" Percy Vautrot Jr., age 88 of Ellijay, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 2 ^nd , 2022 at his residence.

Frank was born on August 30 ^th , 1934 in Sunset, Louisiana to the late Francis P. Vautrot and Frances Beaux Vautrot. He proudly served our country in the United States Air Force. Frank "Pop" loved the LORD and his family. He especially loved spending time with his great-grandchildren. He enjoyed fishing, listening to gospel music and family vacations. In addition to his parents, Mr. Vautrot is preceded in death by his sister, Ethlene Rand, and sister-in-law, Laura Vautrot.

He is survived by his loving wife, Betty Lou Martin Vautrot; three sons and daughters-in-law, Chuck and Gail Vautrot, Ronnie and Cynthia Vautrot, and Randy and Sandra McClure; three daughters and sons-in-law, Deborah and Robert Collier, Janie and Gene Hice and Lisa and John Lowman,; two brothers, Jude and Melba Vautrot and Jerry Vautrot; 12 grandchildren, Erin Howell, Megan Clampitt (BJ), Camille Luther (Chad), Amy Zapata (Shane), Jake Vautrot, Amber West Johnston, Tiffany Paschal (James), Trevor McClure, Josh McClure (Emily), Maranda Lentz (Robert), Michelle Holloway (Adam), Brittany Stewart (Chip), and 21 great-granchildren, Aislynn Howell and Gavin Howell, Piper Zapata and Landon Zapata, Luke Clampitt, Silas Clampitt, and Kayla Vautrot, Ginger Paschal, Jordan Paschal, Brantley Paschal, Kaylee Paschal, Sabrina Paschal, and Josie Paschal, Brayden McClure and Bayleigh McClure, Hudson Lentz and Leah Lentz, Noah Stewart, Cade Stewart, and Cole Stewart Holloway, McKenlee Stewart, Luke Clampitt and Silas Clampitt.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, January 4 ^th , 2023 at 11:00 a.m. from the Chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Rev. Paul Richards and Rev. John Reece officiating. Interment will follow in the Underwood Cemetery. Pallbearers serving will include: Trevor McClure, James Paschal, BJ Clampitt, Chip Stewart, Rob Lentz, Josh McClure, Adam Holloway, Chad Luther, Jake Vautrot, and Shane Zapata.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 3 ^rd , 2023 and again on Wednesday, January 4 ^th , 2023 from 9:00 a.m. until the service hour of 11:00 a.m.

The family will be accepted food and flowers in memory of Mr. Frank Percy Vautrot.
