Frankie Joan Cofer, 81, of Gainesville, GA, passed away on Thursday, February 27th, 2025, at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville.

Mrs. Cofer was born May 28th, 1943, in Copperhill, Tennessee, to the late Wilburn Marion Walden and Nellie Franks Walden. She was a member of the Mt Harmony Baptist Church in Copperhill, Tennessee. She loved her children and grandchildren. She was very hardworking and always willing to help others. She is preceded in death by her son Gregory Wayne Cofer and her nine siblings.

She is survived by her daughters Sally Allen and Stephanie Claytor, grandchildren Andy Allen, James Conway, Katie Allen, Kayla Conway, Daniel Cofer, 10 great grandchildren also survive.

A private graveside was held on Thursday, February 27th, 2025, from the Mt. Harmony Baptist Church cemetery in Copperhill, TN.
