Mr. Gene David Hall, age 75 of Blue Ridge, passed away on Monday, June 3rd, 2024 at Northside Cherokee Hospital in Canton after a brief illness.

Mr. Hall was born on November 12th, 1948, in Copperhill, TN, to the late Rosalee Hall. He honorably served in the United States Army, in Korea, during the Vietnam War era. Mr. Hall was a member of the Church of God in Bell Town, TN. He loved all of his grandkids and great-grandkids dearly. In addition to his mother, Mr. Hall is preceded in death by his son, Gene D. Hall, Jr.; and brother, James Hall.

Survivors include his wife, Diana Hall of the home; two daughters, Lasenda (Bart) Anderson of Copperhill, TN and Melinda Clines of Texas; two grandchildren, David (Emily) Anderson of Blue Ridge and Brittany (Nate) Ware of Mineral Bluff; eight great-grandchildren, Bella, Scarlett, Brooklyn, Maci, Gunner, Copper, Augi, and Lakota; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Milton and Rhonda Hunt of Jasper; and several nieces and nephews also survive.

To honor his wishes, Mr. Hall will be cremated, and a private graveside will be held in Bell Town, TN at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in memory of Mr. Gene Hall.
