Mr. Gerold Keith Wright, age 91 of Ellijay, GA, passed away on Friday, October 18th, 2024 at the Parkside Nursing Home and Rehab in Ellijay, GA.

Mr. Wright was born on March 13th, 1933 in Oklahoma to the late Everett Wright and the late Zella Ralston Wright. He proudly served our nation in the United States Army. In addition to his parents, Mr. Wright is preceded in death by his loving wife, Marjorie Louisa Chadwick Wright, and several brothers and sisters.

Gerold is survived by his three daughters and sons-in-law, Carol (Jerry) Richards of Ellijay, GA; Vanessa (Terry) Freeman of Ellijay, GA; and Yvonne (Charles) Crew of Ellijay, GA; sister, Martha "Marty" Sikes of California, and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews also survive.

Graveside Services and Inurnment to honor the life of Mr. Wright will be held on Friday, October 25th, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. from the Yukon Cemetery with Rev. Russell Hood officiating. There will be no visitation held here at the funeral home.
