Mrs. Gloria Dale Teem, age 68 of Ellijay, passed away on Sunday, October 16th, 2022 at the Piedmont Mountainside Hospital in Ellijay.

Mrs. Teem was born May 29th, 1954 in Gilmer County, the daughter of the late Joseph Ted Stanley and Georgia Ada Jones Stanley. She was employed by Springs as a machine operator. Mrs. Teem was also of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include her husband, Jimmy Teem; two sons and daughters-in-law, Jessie and Carrie Teem, and Jamie and Nicole Teem; two brothers and sister-in-law, David and Fran Stanley, and Bobby Stanley; two grandchildren, Kyndall Teem, and Inman Teem; and several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 19th at 2:00 pm from the chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Rev. Billy Dotson officiating. Interment will follow in the Clear Creek Baptist Church cemetery. Pallbearers serving will be Jessie Teem, Jamie Teem, Jacob Teem, Joey Teem, Shane Holguin, and William Parks Jr.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 18th from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home, and also on Wednesday, October 19th from 10 am until the funeral hour.

Flowers will be accepted in memory of Mrs. Teem, but the family respectfully asks that no food be brought to funeral home in memory of Mrs. Teem.
