Mr. Homer Henson, age 75 of Powder Springs, GA, passed away on Monday, July 7th, 2025 in Thomasville, GA.

Mr. Henson was born on July 24th, 1948 in Copperhill, Tennessee to the late Everett Henson and the late Addie Stiles Henson. He was a plumber and a member of the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Fannin County. In addition to his parents, Mr. Henson is preceded in death by his loving wife, Mrs. Gail Coffey Henson.

Homer is survived by his two sons and daughters-in-law, Brian and Ronda Henson of Power Springs, GA and Brent and Lisa Henson of Thomasville, GA; brother, Gene Henson of Mineral Bluff, GA; sister, Irene Akins of Mineral Bluff, GA; six grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral Services to honor the life of Mr. Henson will be held on Saturday, July 19th, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Rev. Doyle Davis officiating. Graveside Interment will follow in the Yukon Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 19th, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. until the service hour of 2:00 p.m.

The family will be accepting food and flowers in memory of Mr. Homer Henson.
