Mr. Jack Edwin Price, age 81 of Ellijay, Georgia, passed away on June 5, 2022, at his home.

Jack was born on December 7, 1940, in Crawfordsville, Indiana, to the late Joseph Price and Sadie Denham Price. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Ellijay, Georgia.

Survivors include: his wife Mary Price of Ellijay, GA; his daughter Angela Recker (Chris) of Waterford, Virginia; his son Mitchell Price (Angela) of Sasebo, Japan; his grandchildren Wyatt and Sawyer of Sasebo, Japan; and his sister Patricia New of Winter Haven, Florida.

The Extended family that continues to surround us with love: Juanita (Jim) Woodall of Epworth, Georgia; Betty (Harold) Woods, J.D. (Janie) Hallum, Jeanette Paynter, Marty Adkison of Scottsmoor, Florida; and Grover (Debbie) Hallum of Orange, Virginia.

Funeral Services will be held on at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, June 8, 2022, at First Baptist Church of Ellijay, Georgia with Rev. Scott Eaton officiating. Interment will follow in the Colwell Baptist Church Cemetery in Blue Ridge, GA.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 7, 2022, from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Bernhardt Funeral Home.
