Mr. Jimmy Walter Millsap, age 80 of Ellijay, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, April 18, 2026.

Mr. Millsap was born on July 21, 1945, in Akron, Ohio, to the late Walter Millsap and Helen Black Millsap. He was a kind man who greatly enjoyed going to yard sales and had a special love for collecting toy cars. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, Stacy Shane Neal.

Survivors Include: his wife, Rebecca Millsap, of Ellijay, GA; daughters and sons-in-law, Vickie Stover (Buster), of Ellijay, GA, Teresa Walker (Jim), of Panama City, FL, Lisa Patrick, of Macon, GA; son, Christopher Shawn Millsap, of Lake City, FL; sister and brother-in-law, Kay Davenport (Phillip, Sr.), of Ellijay, GA; grandchildren, Salena Neal, Wesley Neal, Troy Maddox, Hoyt Stover, Heath Stover, Terry Thomas, Jamie Walker, Brandie Cochran, Mariah James, Devan Lumpkin, Keagan Patrick, Tyler Patrick, and Mariah Patrick; 24 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, April 22nd at 2 pm from the Chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Rev. Phillip Davenport, Jr. officiating. Eulogy and prayer in the parlor by Rev. Caroll Holbrooks. Internment will follow in the Yukon Cemetery with Bro. David Kinser, officiating.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 21st from 4pm until 8pm at the funeral home.
