Mr. Johnathan David Ashley Jeans, age 32, passed away September 26th, 2022.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Rena Millbocker; father, Wyatt Millbocker; brother, Brad Millbocker; sister, Kristin Chumley; and grandfather, John Jeans.

Survivors include his wife, Brandy Forrister; children, Trenton Godsey, Trinity Jeans, and Teagan Jeans; siblings, Paige Millbocker and Brittany Millbocker; grandmother, Robbie Jeans; several nieces and nephews; and friends also survive.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 24th at 12:30 PM from the chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home to honor Mr. Jeans as well as his late sister. Rev. Randy Hughes will officiate. Following the service, there will be a dove release at Lake Forest Memorial Park Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Monday, October 24th from 11:00 AM until the service hour.
