Mr. Jonah Christopher Gravely, age 47 of Ellijay, passed away on Thursday, December 21st, 2023 at his residence.

Mr. Gravely was born on May 19th, 1976 in Gilmer County to Ricky Gravely and the late Deborah Denise Messer Gravely. Jonah loved his family, animals, and especially his grandbabies and his dog, Butch. He loved to travel, loved old and new cars, and was a life-long resident of Gilmer County.

Survivors include his loving wife, Saprina Maria Newberry Gravely; son, Joseph Gravely; three daughters, Kimberly Gravely, Amber Gravely Eskew, and Amelia Dockery; and 5 grandchildren, Braylee Dockery, and Willow Mia, Estermyer also survive.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, December 29th, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with family and friends officiating.

The family will receive friends on Friday, December 29th, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. until the service hour of 1:00 p.m.
