Ms. Katelyn LeAnn Overcash, age 17 of Henagar, AL, passed away on Saturday, July 1st, 2023 at her residence .

Katelyn was born in Canton, GA on January 3rd, 2006. She spent most of her life in Ellijay, before moving to Henagar, Alabama. Katelyn loved music, traveling, and animals. Katelyn was a caring, kind, and loving girl. Her smile was contagious, and she had a humorous personality. She was surrounded by many friends and family members who loved her deeply. Katelyn is preceded in death by her father, Darrell Overcash.

Survivors include her mother, Brandy Overcash; and brother, Wesley Overcash.

Visitation and a memorial service will be held on Sunday, July 9th from 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM in the chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home.

Flowers will be accepted in memory of Ms. Katelyn Overcash.
