Mrs. Kristin Lee Chumley, age 28, passed away September 17th, 2022.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Rena Millbocker; father, Wyatt Millbocker; brother, Brad Millbocker; and grandfather, John Jeans.

Survivors include her husband, Lee Chumley; children, Aiden Forrister, Raelynn Millbocker, and Kinzlee Forrister; siblings, Paige Millbocker and Brittany Millbocker; grandmother, Robbie Jeans; several nieces and nephews; and friends also survive.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 24th at 12:30 PM from the chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home to honor Mrs. Chumley as well as her late brother. Rev. Randy Hughes will officiate. Following the service, there will be a dove release at Lake Forest Memorial Park Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Monday, October 24th from 11:00 AM until the service hour.
