Mrs. Linda Ann Abrams Baker, age 77 of Talking Rock, GA, passed away on Friday, May 16th, 2025 at the Piedmont Mountainside Hospital in Jasper, GA.

Mrs. Baker was born on November 8th, 1947 in Atlanta, GA to the late George Boyd Abrams, Jr. and the late Nina May Maxson Abrams. She was a lifelong Baptist and a secretary for the Georgia Department of Natural Resources. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Baker is preceded in death by her loving husband, Roger Allen Baker, and daughter, Laura Baker.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Miriam (Jonathan) Pearson of Talking Rock, GA; brother, Gary Abrams of Atlanta, GA; and four grandchildren, William Prince, Amelia Prince, Ian Prince, and Suzanne Pearson.

A Funeral Service to honor the life of Mrs. Baker will be held on Wednesday, May 21st, 2025 at 12:00 p.m., noon, from the Chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Chaplain Ben Mock officiating. Following the service, Mrs. Baker will be interred in the Crest Lawn Memorial Park in Marietta, GA at 3:30 p.m. The following gentlemen will be serving as pall bearers: William Prince, Amelia Prince, Ian Prince, Jonathan Pearson, Miriam Pearson, and Suzanne Pearson.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 20th, 2025 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and again on Wednesday, May 21st, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. until the service hour of 12:00 p.m.

Food and flowers will be accepted or in lieu of these, memorial contributions may be made to the Pickens Animal Rescue, the Alzheimer's Foundation, or the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation in memory of Mrs. Linda Ann Baker.
