Ms. Lisa Anne Hice, age 65 of Acworth, passed away on Friday, May 19th, 2023 at the Northside Cherokee Hospital.

Ms. Hice was born on November 17th, 1957 in Boston, Massachusetts to the late Lawton Adam Hice and the late Kathrine Womack Hice. She loved horses, crafts, art, and animals. Lisa was a very genuine and personable person who never met a stranger. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her aunt, Margie Hice, and cousin, Billy Hagin.

Survivors include her son, Austin Ruiz; daughter, Marin Zeyen; brother, Roger Merket; two sisters, Cindy Merket and Peggy Merket; cousins, Marsha Hice Shork, Avery Hice, Mark Hice, Rev. Kenny Hagin, and Robert Hagin; aunts, Chris Hice Waldmen, Carolyn Hice Bruce, and Evelyn Hice Griffin; uncles, Ewiel Hice and Ruel Hice; grandchildren, Jace Zeyen and Nina Zeyen; and her dog, Mack.

A private family service will be held; however, there will be no services held for the public.

Her family and friends will miss her dearly.
