Mrs. Malynda Leann Wood, age 52 of Locust Grove, GA, passed away Wednesday, February 15th, 2023.

Mrs. Wood was born on February 3rd, 1971 in Fayetteville, TN to the late James Marlin Adams and Virginia Sue Nichols Adams. She was employed as a teacher in Dekalb County for 30 years. Mrs. Wood is preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her husband, David Matthew Wood of the home; and daughter, Catherine Wood of Johnston City, SC.

To honor her wishes, Mrs. Wood will be cremated, and no services are planned at this time.
