Margaret Helen Farley Scott, age 61 of Ellijay, GA, passed at her home on Wednesday, November 20, 2024.

Margaret was born on March 08, 1963, in Dayton, TN to the late Clarence David Farley and Velma Farley. She was an office administrator employed at Prebul Chevrolet for many years. Besides her father, she is also preceded in death by her stepson, Aaron Floyd.

Survivors include her husband, Roy Wayne Scott of the home; mother, Velma Farley of Dayton, TN; daughters Laura (Emery) Bryant, and Sarah (PJ) Sawyer, step-daughter, Jamie (Robbie) Lovingood and Whitney (Eric) McCain, sisters, Wanda Roberts, Becky Earles, Jan Tipton, Brother Lynn Farley, Grandchildren, Tytus Kindred, Bryleigh Lovingood, Noah Lovingood, Kolbyn Lovingood, Dixie McCoin, Levi McCoin, Neyland Sawyer, Emily Sawyer, Jessica Sawyer, several nieces, and nephews also survive.

A Graveside Service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Scott will be held on Saturday, November 23rd, 2024 at 11:00 am from the Second Shaver Cemetery in Dayton TN with Pastor Eddie Suttles officiating. Pallbearers will be Emery Bryant, PJ Sawyer, Gary Earles, Adam McRorie, Jarrod Roberts, and Johnny Scott.

The family will receive friends on Friday, November 22 2024 from 4:00 pm until 9:00 pm at the funeral home.

Flowers will be accepted or donations can be made to the Parkinson's Foundation.
