Mrs. Marshadean ''Marcie'' Grizzle, age 80 of Ellijay, GA, passed away on March 31st, 2025, at the Parkside Center in Gilmer County.

Mrs. Grizzle was born November 12th, 1944 in Swain County North Carolina the daughter of Alvin Gibson and Emma Clampitt Gibson. She was a member of the Flat Creek Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her mother, Emma Clampitt Gibson, Father, Alvin Gibson, and Brothers Jay Gibson and Charlie Gibson.

She is survived by her Children Terry (Susan) Green, Larry Green, Robert Green, Jason (Kiera) Harris, Siblings; Faye Lerch, James (Carolyn) Gibson, Ray (Judy) Gibson, Oneta Harrison, Emily Bowers, Christine (Gary) Walker, Kathleen (Mike) Weiss, 15 grandchildren, and 23 Great grandchildren also survive.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 3rd, 2025, at 2:00 pm from the Flat Creek Baptist Church, with Rev. Jackie Ellington and Rev. Danny Townsend officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Pallbearers will be Justin Green, Joey Green, Heath Green, Nathan Green, Bradley Stone, and Cody Lowery. Chris Cox will be the Honorary pallbearer.

The family of Mrs. Grizzle will meet with friends on Tuesday, April 1st, 2025, from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm at the funeral home and again on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025, from 9:00 am until 9:00 pm at the funeral home.

Flowers will be accepted, or donations can be made to the funeral home in memory of Mrs. Grizzle.
