Mr. Marvin William' 'Bill'' Woody Jr. age 82 of Auburn Georgia passed away Thursday December 23 ^rd 2021.

Mr. Woody was born February 26 ^th 1939 in Fannin County to the late Marvin William Woody Sr. and Margie Mae Davis Woody. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife Kittrie Woody and sisters Betty Hudson and Virgia Woody. Mr. Woody was a graduate of Roswell High School and he was also of the Baptist Faith.

Survivors include Son; James Keith Woody (Claudia Ann) Auburn GA, Daughters; Jane Rena Woody, Winder GA, Margie Teresa Woody (Stephen Williams), Winder GA, Sisters; Verba Jo Addington Ellijay, 3 Grandchildren, Candace Cardin-Williams (Jessica) Athens GA, Ethan James Woody, Bethlehem GA, Samantha Marie Woody, Auburn GA.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday December 28 ^th 2021 at 2pm from the Chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Stover officiating. Interment will follow in the New Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Monday December 27 ^th 2021 from 10am until 5pm and Tuesday December 28 ^th from 10am until funeral hour of 2pm at the funeral home.
