Mrs. Mary Helen Sutton, age 84 of London, KY, passed away Friday, December 30, 2022.

Mrs. Sutton was born on May 3, 1938 in Ellijay Georgia. She was the daughter of Leslie Moore and Elise Wright Moore. She was a member of East Pittsburg Baptist Church. Ms. Sutton was a loving mother and homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, J.L. Sutton Jr., a sister, Faye Moore Whitener and brother, Kenneth Moore.

Mrs. Sutton is survived by her children: Terry Sutton and wife Kelly, Diane Sutton Carnes and husband Paul, all of London, KY. She is also survived by step-children, Diane Sutton Adams of Sautee, Georgia, Johnny Sutton and wife Brenda, Lynn Sutton Hogan and husband Arlen all of Cleveland, Georgia. She is also survived by a sister-in-law, Teresa Moore of Dalton, Georgia, plus several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held Friday, January 6, 2023 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Rev. Danny Henson officiating. Interment will be in Yukon Cemetery in Ellijay, Georgia.

The family will receive friends on Friday, January 6, 2023 from 10:00 am until the funeral service hour at 2:00 pm.
