Ms. Mattie Sue Noles Davenport, age 83 of Jasper, passed away on Friday, November 17th, 2023 at her residence.

Ms. Davenport was born on June 3rd, 1940, in Miner Hill, TN, to the late Granville Noles and Belle Felker Noles. She was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, Ms. Davenport is preceded in death by her siblings; son, Marlin Troglin; and granddaughter, Michael Berry.

Survivors include her two sons, Charles "Butch" (Missy) Troglin of Jasper and Kevin "Scott" Troglin of Jasper; three daughters, Edwina Berry of Ohio, Judy (Chuck) Littlefield of Kentucky, and Monja (Jamey) Norwood of Fairmount; 19 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 20th at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Rev. Ethiel Jones officiating. Interment will follow in Yukon Cemetery. Pallbearers serving will be Barry Duffy, Mike White, Rick White, Lynn Noles, Rick Harper, and Matt White. Honorary pallbearer will be Joel Anderson.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, November 19th from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM and Monday, November 20th from 9:00 AM until the service hour.
