Mr. Michael Grizzle, age 54 of Ellijay, GA, passed away on Thursday, June 12, 2025.

Mr. Grizzle was born January 14, 1971, in Gilmer County. He was a member of the Daily Walk Ministry Church. Mr. Grizzle is preceded in death by his father, Leroy Grizzle.

Survivors include his daughter, Mollie Grizzle; mother, Jeannette Sisson Hill, and step-father, Johnny Hill, of Ellijay, GA; brothers, Keith Grizzle, Johnny (Lynn) Grizzle, and Jr (Sheila) Grizzle, all of Ellijay, GA; sister, Barbara (Nathan) Wood, of Commerce, GA; several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, June 14th at 4 pm from the Chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Rev. Chad Land, Rev. Chris Tankersley, and Rev. Greg Young officiating. Interment will follow in the Pleasant Valley Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, June 14th, from 1 pm until the service hour at 4 pm.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Bernhardt Funeral Home to help with Mr. Grizzle's funeral expenses.
