Mr. Michael Alexander Wise, age 38 of Ellijay, passed away on Tuesday, October 31st, 2023 at his residence.

Mr. Wise was born on April 21st, 1985, in Opelika, AL, to the late Billy Wise and Sherry Salter Wise. He was a project coordinator. Mr. Wise collected, cars, guns, and friends. He loved animals and his family. Mr. Wise is preceded in death by his father, Billy Wise.

Survivors include his wife, Brittney Wise of the home; son, Michael Wise of the home; mother, Sherry Salter Wise of Ellijay; and two brothers, Chris (Heather) McHargue of Ball Ground and Jason McHargue of Griffin also survive.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 9th at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home. Following the service, to honor his wishes, Mr. Wise will be cremated.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 9th from 10:00 AM until the service hour.
