Mr. Noah Lee West, age 17 of Ellijay, passed away on Wednesday, October 11th, 2023.

Noah was born on November 28th, 2005 in Canton, GA to Ben West and Donna Jones West.

Noah had such a big life and touched many people. He loved God, his family and his friends. He never met a stranger. He always had a radiant smile and gave the best hugs. He didn't just love, he loved everyone "big." Noah was an old soul, he loved all things old, especially 1959 Cadillacs, Fats Domino and
Elvis. He wore flat caps and pocket watches.

Noah was both artistically and musically inclined. He loved drawing but music was his passion. He would spend time listening to a song on youtube then tap it out on the piano. Being a member of the Gilmer High School Marching Band since 8th grade meant everything to him. He was so proud of his bandmates and
loved all of them. He was looking forward to participating in the upcoming chorus concert. He was going
to play the part of the baker in the theater production of Into the Woods.

Noah was a Boy Scout, working on his Eagle Project. He enjoyed camping and cooking outdoors. He enjoyed carrying and presenting the flags at various events. He was a marksman, he and members of his squad were previous SASP National Champions. Noah would have been an Honor Graduate in May of
2024.

He loved everything about Ghostbusters. He could tell you anything you wanted to know about the movies, the actors, the cartoons and the memorabilia.
Noah was a remarkable young man gone way too soon, who touched the lives of all who knew him. He will live on in the hearts of those he loved..

Let us honor Noah's life by loving God and others, being kind, and keep on smiling.

Survivors include his loving parents, Ben and Donna West of Ellijay; brother and sister-in-law, David (Lyndsey) West of Ellijay; grandparents, Lowell and Imogene Jones of Ellijay; grandpa, Raymond West; special friend, Carson Meadows; a dear place in his heart, the Gilmer High School Marching Band, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, family, and friends also survive.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday, October 23rd, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. from the Ebenezer Baptist Church with Rev. Russell Burt, Rev. Michael Cantrell, and Youth Minister, Jeff Parker officiating. The interment will be in the Ebenezer Baptist Church Cemetery. Mr. Jason Richards will lead congregational singing.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, October 22nd, 2023 from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Food and Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to the Gilmer High School Marching Band at P.O. Box 140 Ellijay, GA 30540 in memory of Mr. Noah West.
