Ms. Patricia H. McClure "Pat," age 76, of Ellijay, GA, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, May 21, 2026.

Ms. Pat was born on June 4, 1949, in Gilmer County to the late Vernie Harper and Dorothy Ann James Harper. She was a faithful member of the Northcutt Baptist Church and carried a kind spirit and warm smile everywhere she went.

Pat dearly loved her work as a hairdresser and devoted 57 years of her life to making others feel beautiful, confident, and cared for. Her chair was more than just a place for hair appointments — it was a place filled with laughter, friendship, stories, and love. She took pride in always looking her best and had a joyful smile that could brighten any room.

Above all things, her greatest love in life was her son, Kenny. He was her pride and joy, and she treasured every moment spent with him and her family. Pat found happiness in the simple things that God created — the warmth of the sunshine, sitting outdoors, trips to the ocean, and peaceful days fishing out on the farm. She had a gentle soul that found comfort and beauty in nature and in the people she loved most.

Survivors include her son, Kenny Turner (Katy); granddaughter, Kylie Norris; sisters, Brenda Harper, Carole Spearman, Diane Sams, and Lisa Harper.

Pat will be remembered for her grace, strength, loving heart, and the kindness she showed to everyone she met. She left this world with dignity and grace, leaving behind precious memories that her family and friends will forever hold close to their hearts.
