Mr. Randy L. Richards, age 59, of Ellijay, GA, passed away on Sunday, November 2, 2025.

Mr. Richards was born July 6, 1966, in Dalton, GA. He was an avid fisherman and loved the outdoors, and always enjoyed being with his family, and spending time with them. He is preceded in death by his father, Wesley Richards.

Survivors include his wife, Pam Richards; daughter, Michelle (Haven) Thomason; mother, Renda J. Richards; sister, Sherri (Scott) Bolton; mother-in-law, Jean Allison; 1 grandchild, Michaela (Shay) Goodine; special nieces and nephews, Courtney (Brandon) Johnson, Mary Robison, Justin (Brooke) Richards; great nieces and nephews, Brayden Robison, Adyson Johnson, and Aubrey Robison; special friend (like a brother), Dale Odom.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, November 5th at 2 pm from the Chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Brother Alan Robison and Rev. Paul Richards officiating. Internment will follow in the Ebenezer Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, November 5th, from 12 noon until the service hour at 2 pm.

The family respectfully requests that no food or flowers be sent to the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Cartecay Baptist Church Playground and bench fund in Memory of Mr. Richards. (In memo)
