Mr. Raymond Junior Vick, age 68 of Ellijay, passed away on Tuesday, August 16 ^th , 2022 at his residence.

Mr. Vick was born on January 16 ^th , 1954 in Gilmer County to the late Raymond Vick and Eudine Crump Vick. Mr. Vick was employed by the Shaw Textile Mill and a member of the Liberty Baptist Church in Ellijay.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Vick is preceded in death by his son, Jason Vick, and sister, Edith Padgett.

Survivors include: his wife, Katherine Curtis Vick of Ellijay; two daughters, Michelle Cartin and Heather Vick both of Ellijay; two brothers, Stanley Vick and Robert Vick both of Ellijay; one sister, Glenda King of Ellijay; six grandchildren, and three great grandchildren also survives.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, August 20 ^th , 2022 at 2:00 p.m. from the Liberty Baptist Church with Rev. John Reece, Rev. Russell Hood, and Rev. David Nicholson officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Pallbearers will include: Cory Cartin, Austin Cartin- Vick, Blake Cartin, Stanely Vick, Robert Vick, and Donald Cartin.

The family will receive friends on Friday, August 19 ^th , 2022 from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

The family will be accepting flowers in memory of Mr. Raymond Junior Vick.
