Rhonda Gail Petite, age 70 of Marietta, GA, passed away on Monday, February 23, 2026.

Rhonda was born on October 13, 1955, in Oak Ridge, TN, to the late Carlos ''Carl'' Ray Gaskin and Ora Mae Gaskin. She worked at Walmart as a stocking team associate. She loved her Fur Babies, especially her feline companions. She loved her family and the Lord. She was also a member of Smyrna Church of Christ.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Ora Mae Gaskin, brother and sister-in-law, Larry and Cassandra Gaskin, brothers -in-law Bobby Ramey, Chuck McArthur, and Coy Bradley.

Survivors include her son, Thomas Jason Petite; daughter, Jessica Marie Petite; brother, Mike Gaskin, Sisters, Cheryl Ramey, Martha McArthur, and Carla Bradley; and four grandchildren, Ciara, Shawn, Kobe, and Jace.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, March 1st, at 1:00 pm from the Chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home, with Mark Odom officiating. Interment will follow in the Flint Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Steve Scott, Mark Scott, Edgar Ramey, Jayson Lubben, and Logan Scott.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 1st, 2026, from 11:30 am until 1:00 pm at the funeral home.

Flowers will be accepted, but the family respectfully asks that no food be brought to the funeral home.
