Mr. Romario German Bartolon Sanchez, age 27 of Ellijay, GA, passed away on Saturday, October 19th, 2024 at his home.

Romario was born on April 15th, 1997 in San Marcos Tacana, Guatemala to German Bartolom Velasquez and Victorina Sanchez Hernandez.

He is survived by his father, German Bartolom Velasquez; mother, Victorina Sanchez Hernandez; brother, Alex Josue Bartolom Sanchez; two sisters, Aracely Bartolom Sanchez and Adela Bartolom Sanchez; uncles, Ramiro Sanchez Hernandez and Oscar Sanchez Hernandez; aunt, Carmela Sanchez Hernandez, and several cousins, family members, and friends also survive.

The family will gather on Saturday, October 26th, 2024 at the Iglesia Evangelica C.A. "Alfa Y Omega" at 10:00 a.m. to celebrate the life of Mr. Ramario German Bartolon Sanchez. He will be interred at a later date in Guatemala.

There will be no public visitation held here at the funeral home.

From the family, "Romario was a kind loving soul. He always had a smile on his face. He was the kind of guy that never said no to helping anybody out. We as a family at the moment are going through so many emotions. I Norma Solis was appointed by the family to start a Go fund me to help with the financial burden of the funeral costs. The family is working to get his body transported to Guatemala so the family there can say their final goodbye. We want to thank everyone for the condolences and the donations. Siempre tenía una sonrisa en el rostro. Era el tipo de persona que nunca decía no cuando se trataba de ayudar a los demás. Como familia, en este momento estamos pasando por muchas emociones.
